Why, they do look like mu...Ping, you are hilarious! Why, they do look like muffins to me. Usually when I want them "naked", I grease the muffin holes and simply plonk the batter in. Pressing baking paper into each hole is too much work for me hah..hah... Interesting this recipe because it uses the whole orange. I have some oranges in the fridge.
