Besides, I believe we only had agar in those strips and not in the powdered form, therefore a little difficult to measure unless weighed, so not really your fault. I can assure you this'll work perfectly. Just don't use too much puree. A small (about) 240g fruit would be enough for pureeing and some left to decorate. (I've added the weight to the recipe).
